The airport offers a variety of dining and retail options managed by Cleveland Airmall, featuring venues like Great Lakes Brewing Company, Bar Symon, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum Store. Additionally, there are two lounges: a United Club in Concourse C and The Club CLE near Concourse B.
