Is the stores Adams Morgan neighbourhood of the city which offer multiple wares and a vast selection of trinkets you can take home or gift your dear ones as souvenirs. The neighbourhood has also been described as an important centre of counterculture and arts and culinary district.
New York City is known to many travellers from all over the world as the City That Never Sleeps due to the hustle and bustle of the busy city life which continues well into the night. While this nickname of the city was first bestowed upon it by the newspaper Fort Wayne Daily which was in circulation in Indiana, it was popularized by the well-known singer Frank Sinatra in his song Theme from New York, New York.
The best time to get trains from Washington to New York City is the mild and warm summer season which spans the months of April, May and June and is known for ideal weather conditions which prevail during this time.
